Simplifies the booking and hiring process of Council resources.

Scope

• Set up Council resources available for hire (including halls, sporting facilities, community
  buses) and store details regarding default rates, deposits, bonds, key details and layouts to
  store details of hirers
• Record all booking details including payments due/received, special notes, equipment required
  etc and set up recurring bookings as well as special dates (ie holidays, festivals)
  
• Set up groups of bookable assets so individual users can easily access the assets they frequently deal with
